Founded in 1992, Willow Pumps is a leading pump supply, installation and servicing business.
Willow Pumps is a family run business with over 25 years of experience in handling both waste and clean water. Our waste water services include the design, supply and installation of pump stations, ranging from adoptable pump stations on large housing developments to a single private system. The design work is all carried out in-house, therefore we are able to provide our customers with a complete one-stop-shop.
As part of our one-stop-shop care we offer routine servicing and maintenance contracts to give our customers maximum confidence in their pump equipment. This includes 24 hours / 365 days a year emergency call outs at a discounted rate with preferential job scheduling. This is ideal for our customers who cannot risk downtime on their pump systems such as hospitality, retail and construction and need their pump experts to have the full specifications of their site to solve any issues quickly and effectively.
Our clean water capabilities include cold water booster sets, storage tanks, pressurisation units, maintenance of pumps, water tanks and water hygiene testing & treatment. We work for a wide range of customers in the hospitality industry and understand the importance of this rigorous clean water service.
Willow Pumps was acquired by Franchise Brands plc in 2019 and now benefits from a significantly expanded delivery capability through the enlarged Group’s 450 dedicated engineers working out of 47 depots across the UK.

In 2019 we were acquired by Franchise Brands plc, a multi-brand business that owns leading national drainage and plumbing companies, Metro Rod and Metro Plumb. The acquisition has provided us with the opportunity to increase our investment in our people, assets and equipment and develop an even more ambitious strategy for growth. Specifically, Franchise Brands is supporting our investment in a significant expansion of our design capability to provide our customers with an end to end pump service which is better value for money.
