We are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our expanding client based in Mid Kent to work alongside their thriving and growing sales team providing full sales administrative support.

The successful candidate will have previous Sales Administration experience and be a confident and enthusiastic individual who is keen to get stuck into both sales and offering administrative support to the team.

Your duties will include:

  • Generating new business from leads passed by the sales team, cold calling, upselling products, and services
  • Actively following up incoming enquiries and previous quotations
  • Supporting the sales team with daily administration duties
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with customers to ensure service satisfaction
  • Acting as first point of contact internally for any sales enquires
  • Processing orders and updating any relevant information on the database
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties as required

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous office-based experience in Administration or Sales Support
  • Confident in cold calling (B2B)
  • Strong organisation skills & the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Helpful, reliable, and confident
  • Strong using all MS Office applications
  • A meticulous attention to detail
  • A good telephone manner
