Our focus is taking care of our customers’ needs from start to finish, so we took steps to grow our drainage capabilities and tanker fleet to support the pump maintenance and emergency clearance side of the business.
Expanding horizons
However we didn’t stop there. In 2019 Willow Pumps took the opportunity to join Metro Rod and Metro Plumb as part of the Franchise Brands Group.
There is a natural relationship between drainage and pumps as a pump station is required if a gravity drainage system isn’t suitable. We know that customers appreciate the benefits of a one-stop drainage and pumps solution.
